Registerd User Download Limitation

Hi

im wonder if possible to make mod like download limitation for saving hosting bandwidth and also make user to revisit every day

on user group panel i saw there is a option to set using web space limitation admin can set which group can use how many hosting space, like register user can attach 50/100/unlimited mb etc

if possible then also forum admin can set download limitation like this

a register user can download attachment file daily 50/100/200mb what ever by admin choice or daily attachment download limitation like each group can download 10/20/50 attachment file from forum on daily u can also set day,weekly, monthly quota

i thinks if it is possible then u can also add this option with my download mod

i already saw one mybb forum i don't know how they set but already implement this option with there game section download on there each registered user can download daily 200mb games tar file

I'll look into it as soon as possible, it's definately possible to do but at the moment I'm very busy with other stuff.
