#11
Because of what has happened in recent memory, I can finally forget about that stupid Internet Brands lawsuit and start a cult following at Lennart.

Who's following me?

Quote:Enter the "Post-Authorize Callback URL" at the "Facebook Integration" tab like this:
Code:
http://yourdomain.com/your_mybb_path/mis...tion=fbreg

Where do I enter this information in facebook?

Look in there.

- Application ID should be in ID of Facebook App.
- Application Secret should be in Secret Key of Facebook App.
- API Key should be somewhere there.

Hello Foo, it should be there usually. This is how it looks for me (german though):

EDIT: Looks like it's a bug by facebook, you should contact them for this issue:
http://bugs.developers.facebook.net/show...i?id=12014

SECOND EDIT:
There is a workarround at the bottom, try it:
Quote:Hey all!! I've found a way to workaround this problem!! Here's what I did :

- Edit your new application;
- Right-click... View source;
- Save this file on your server;
- Search for this :

Code:
You are not allowed to see code.

- At the end of the line you just searched for, add :

Code:
You are not allowed to see code.

- Save this file again;
- Call this page on your server;
- Click on "Save";

Tadam!!! You will now be able to add the Post-Authorize Callback URL to anyone
of your new applications!

I hope this helps you guys!!

Hi Lennart,

I really like this mod, however I am still waiting on the options I mentioned in testing, to have the option to set a username instead of their actual name on signup etc

Will this be implemented soon?

Is it? How do I find that? When I register on my site using facebook it doesnt give me an option, unless the username is already in use?

Works really well by the way! Love it!

You can all come and login and register on http://gamersforum.org Wink

You are right, I had a wrong if-clause there. Plugin updated to version 1.2.
To upgrade simply overwrite the plugin file fbconnect.php

Thank you for noting Smile
